Meet Sasha Lewis – Personal Trainer

We would love for you to meet Sasha.

She is our new personal trainer currently finishing her Level 4 Cert.  Sasha has a background in teaching gymnastics and swimming and has a passion for strength and group training.  You will find her taking small group personal training classes and one on one workout sessions in the gym.

Sasha can help you reach your goals whether that may be with mobility, flexibility, muscle building, weight loss or to help you feel more confident in the gym. 

We look forward to seeing her helping and working with the members.
