Fiona has significantly improved her strength since starting personal training at Bay City Gym in February.
After feeling so much stronger Fiona has also started attending the Small Group Training HIIT classes which has boosted her overall fitness and helped her lose weight and build endurance. She said she loves training at this friendly gym and is so happy with the progress she has made.
