A shout out to Julie, who has had massive improvements with her strength and abilities.
Julie joined Bay City Gym in April where she wasn’t able to perform a body weight squat. Now, Julie is squatting with added weight, using perfect form and other advanced movements. Julie is in the gym every week following her program and improving, she loves the challenge of learning new exercises from her trainer, Calvyn. Well done Julie, we look forward to seeing more great improvements!
