Simple Salmon & Rice – For Beginners or a mid-week meal

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Brown Rice Medium Grain
  • 85 g Hot Smoked Salmon
  • ¼ cup Snap Frozen Broccoli & Cauliflower (broccoli is in season now and so affordable)
  • ½ tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice

Serves: 1

Instructions:

  • Cook rice and veggies as per packet instructions.
  • Add cooked rice and veggies to a plate along with the smoked salmon and then season with soy sauce and lemon juice.
