Hannelie – Mental Health and Wellbeing improvements that she is loving!

Please meet Hannelie who has been training consistently 4 to 5 times per week for the last year to improve her mental health and wellbeing.

She enjoys independent workouts and trains to her own energy levels each session.

Alongside the gym and due to her work as special needs teacher, Hannelie likes to get outside to go for outside walks as this is time away from a busy, noisy day.

She loves the warm, inviting atmosphere that Bay City Gym provides.
