Please meet Belinda, who has recently started running again for the first time in years, something she thought was out of reach. She credits her improved leg strength for making it possible.
Belinda began her training journey with BCG in December last year, driven by a desire to improve her health and build a stronger, more active lifestyle.
Since progressing through her personalized training plan, her strength has increased significantly. She has increased her weights, added more sets, and discovered her favourite exercises – making training something she truly enjoys.
Belinda mentions that when she skips training, her body starts to feel the pain, which is why 3 strength sessions a week are non-negotiable for her and she is also become very proactive at work, consistently tracking her steps throughout the day. This added focus on her activity levels complements her training routine, keeping her energized and motivated.
Belinda has created a balanced lifestyle with positive habits and now trains with confidence, feeling stronger and more self assured.
