Vanessa – Changes Her Body Composition After Only 8 Weeks At The Gym

At Bay City Gym, we love celebrating the success of our members — and this month, we’re thrilled to share Vanessa’s amazing fitness journey.

In just 8 weeks, Vanessa has achieved a complete transformation in her body composition, recording an impressive 11% drop in body fat and a 10% increase in muscle mass. Her dedication, consistency, and positive attitude have made her a standout in our community.

One of Vanessa’s proudest milestones so far has been on the chest press machine. She started lifting just 5 kg, and over eight weeks, she worked her way up to a huge 36 kg lift — an incredible achievement and a true testament to what can be done with focus and the right support.

Vanessa isn’t on this journey alone. She trains alongside her husband and son, and together they bring incredible energy, encouragement, and motivation to every session. It’s a powerful reminder of the strength found in community and family support.

When asked what she loves most about Bay City Gym, Vanessa says it’s the consistent support from our staff and trainers who are always on hand to cheer her on, challenge her, and keep her progressing towards her goals.
