Suhelie’s Incredible 4 Week Transformation

Suhelie has achieved an outstanding result in our recent Feel Great in 28 challenge, losing 4.7kg in just four weeks while building strength and fitness along the way.

Coming into the challenge with a clear goal to get fitter and stronger, Suhelie committed fully to the process. Her dedication and consistency were evident from the start, achieving 100 percent compliance throughout the four weeks.

Her progress in both strength and endurance has been impressive. Her wall sit improved from 1 minute 18 seconds to an incredible 3 minutes 7 seconds, and her squat repetitions increased from 31 to 50. These are not just small improvements, they reflect real strength gains and a willingness to push beyond previous limits.

Suhelie showed up, put in the effort, and challenged herself in every session. That consistency is what drives results, and her transformation is proof of what can be achieved in a short period of time with the right mindset and support.
