Cinda has recently achieved an incredible milestone, completing her very first pull up as part of her ongoing strength journey.
Over the past year, working closely with her personal trainer Olena, Cinda has consistently set goals, achieved them, and then set new ones. This latest achievement is just one of many along the way.
Her strength progress has been outstanding. Her leg press has increased from 20kg to 60kg, and her Romanian deadlifts have progressed from 20kg to 70kg. These gains reflect her commitment to training with purpose and continuing to challenge herself.
Cinda shows up, gives her best in every session, and stays consistent. Reaching her first pull up is a powerful example of what happens when you keep building on your progress over time.
As a full time working mum, she continues to prioritise her training, proving that with the right mindset and support, it is possible to keep moving forward, even with a busy schedule.
