Dan has lost 5kg, gained muscle, improved his flexibility, and significantly reduced the pain in his joints through consistent training and commitment to his health.

Since joining Bay City Gym in 2018, Dan’s goal was to improve his fitness, stay motivated, and move better in everyday life. Over time, his dedication to regular training has created lasting results, not just physically, but in how he feels overall.

A big part of Dan’s success has been finding a routine that works for him. Alongside his own gym training during the week, he also enjoys group fitness classes, especially Ceremony Studio and its functional full body style of training.
