Ingredients:
• 1 x Wholemeal Wrap
• 1 ¼ tbsp Tomato Paste
• 60 g Premium Beef Mince (Beef or Plant based)
• 80 g Shredded Roast Chicken
• 1 rasher cooked Bacon
• ½ cup Baby Spinach
• ½ sml Brown or Red Onion
• ¼ cup Parmesan
• ¼ Tbsp Dried Oregano (Rubbed)
Serves: 1
Method:
• Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
• Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the mince, breaking it up and cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
• Slice the chicken bacon into squares and dice the onion into thin slices.
• Place wrap on the baking tray or pizza stone and cook until the base is a little crispy. Watch this step carefully as you don’t want to over do the wrap or it will break up when you add toppings.
• Spread the tomato paste over the wrap, then top with the spinach leaves, mince, chicken, bacon, onion and cheese. Sprinkle over the dried oregano and cook in oven until cheese is melted.
