Fudge Brownie Protein Balls

Recipe provided by Nourish App – A meal planning app that we highly recommend. Go to your app store and you can download Nourish App and design your own meal plans with recipes that adjust ingredients for your individual goal.

Ingredients:

•  2 scp Chocolate Whey Protein

•  ½ cup Almond Meal

•  2 ¾ Tbsp Cocoa Powder

•  2 Tbsp Clover Honey

•  ¾ tsp Vanilla Essence

•  ½ tbsp Almond Milk (Unsweetened)

•  2 ¼ Tbsp Chocolate Chips – Dark Chocolate

•  ½ tsp Coconut Oil

Serves: 3

Instructions:

•  In a large microwavable bowl, melt the honey.

•  Add the protein powder, almond meal, cocoa powder and vanilla essence. Add just enough almond milk to bring the dough together.

•  Roll into balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper.

•  In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips for around 30-45 seconds in the microwave.

•  Dip/ coat the balls in chocolate, place them back on the baking sheet.

•  Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens. Keep in the fridge after set. Enjoy!
