Ake – 40% increase in her leg strength in just one program cycle.

We’d love to introduce to you Ake who has noticed a huge change in her strength going on decline leg press from 0 to 40 kg.

Ake has been working with trainer Olena and now feels more mobile and has more stamina since joining the gym. She does strength training twice a week and recently learned correct technique in bulgarian split squats.

She enjoys Les Mills classes and her favourite are Body Pump and Body Step.

She had her foundation program review with Olena to improve upper body strength as her new goal.
