We are so excited to share with you Awatea’s result.
Awatea has lost 10kgs since joining Bay City Gym 9 weeks ago.
She has been training hard and consistently throughout her time here and is now reaping the rewards. Her training has consisted of two 30 minute personal training sessions with trainer Gavin. This training has helped her to learn and build confidence with new exercises. With Gavin’s help and guidance she knows what intensity she should work out week by week and approach each gym session with a workout plan.
Even the days when she doesn’t feel like it, she still gets it done.
