Creamy Chicken Pita Pocket
Ingredients:
• ¼ cup Ranchslaw without Dressing
• 1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
• ½ Tbsp High Protein Greek Yoghurt (Natural)
• 120 g Shredded Roast Chicken
• ¼ whole Spring Onion
• ½ handful Fresh Coriander
• ¼ sml Avocado
• 1 x Wholemeal Pita Bread (regular size)
Serves: 1
Instructions:
• Combine the shredded chicken with the mayonnaise, greek yoghurt, chopped spring onion and coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
• Slice on side of the pita pocket to open it up. Add the ranch slaw and avocado, finally fill with the chicken mixture. Easy!
