Ingredients:
• 4 Gluten Free Weet-Bix
• 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
• ½ cup High Protein Almond Milk
• ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
• ¾ Tbsp Cocoa Powder
• ½ cup Natural Greek Coconut Yoghurt
• 1 Tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
• ¼ cup Frozen Mixed Berries
• 1 scoop Vanilla Pea Protein
Serves: 2
Instructions:
• Before serving, combine the yoghurt and peanut butter. Serve on top of the weetbix alongside the mixed berries.
• In a small bowl, crush the weetbix and combine with the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, protein powder, and cocoa powder. Stir well and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
