1. Bay City Gym Fun Run/Walk at Anderson Park
Join us on Sunday, April 27 for a community Fun Run/Walk at Anderson Park! This event is suitable for all fitness levels, and we offer a Couch to 5K running/walking program to help you prepare. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is the perfect way to get moving while enjoying the outdoors with fellow gym members.
2. Les Mills Shapes – New Program Launch
We’re excited to introduce Les Mills Shapes, a brand-new workout program coming to Bay City Gym in April! Les Mills Shapes is a low-impact, high-energy class that blends Pilates, barre, and power yoga to sculpt and strengthen your body. This class focuses on core stability, flexibility, and controlled movements, making it perfect for anyone looking to improve posture, mobility, and muscle tone while minimizing joint strain. Don’t miss the launch event and keep an eye out for the date—experience the benefits of Les Mills Shapes for yourself!
3. RPM Enduro Fundraising Class – Supporting Acorn Project Hawkes Bay
Get ready for the ultimate endurance challenge! Our RPM Enduro Fundraising Class will take place on Saturday, August 2, running for 12 hours straight. Participants can sign up for as many hours as they like, and we’ll schedule your ride accordingly. With sponsors, a sausage sizzle, and an unbeatable gym atmosphere, this is a fantastic opportunity to push your limits while supporting a great cause. Ride solo or form a team—it’s all about endurance, fun, and fitness!
