HINGE FITNESS CLASSES
Hinge Fitness is a high-performance group training experience designed to build strength, improve movement, and deliver results under the expert guidance of our personal trainers.
The classes are a combination of HIIT Cardio (Boost), HIIT Strength (Strength), and Mechanix (technique-focused), with a maximum of eight people per class. Personal trainers will be right there with you, providing motivation, support, education, and technique tips.
To understand your personal goals, you’ll book in for a goal-setting, measurement, and movement screen session with one of our trainers so we can ensure the exercise options are right for you. Exercises can be regressed for beginners or advanced for each participant, giving you the right intensity.
Under the Motivate Membership at $39 per week, you can attend up to two classes per week plus enjoy 24/7 gym access and Les Mills classes. Or, upgrade to the Premium Motivate Membership at $49 per week and attend unlimited Hinge classes!
