Jamie’s Journey to Strength and Consistency

When Jamie joined Bay City Gym four months ago, her goal was simple but powerful: to build consistency, improve her lifestyle and focus on healthy, sustainable weight loss.

In that short time, she has made incredible progress. Jamie has lost 5 kilograms, doubled her dumbbell squat weight from 8 kilograms to 16 kilograms, and improved her wall handstand hold from 10 seconds to an impressive 40 seconds.
