Jayeden – 15kg increase in muscle mass in 12 weeks

This week we are very privileged to have a member share their very personal story with us.

We’d like to introduce Jayeden, who has increased his muscle mass by 15kg since rejoining the gym in July this year.

Jayeden was struggling and after the loss of his beloved pet dog he felt depressed and found himself using drugs more and more. He wasn’t happy with this as he wanted to be a good role model for his two children. So Jayeden found himself asking god what he should do and it came to him to restart his membership at Bay City Gym.

Jayeden had been a member in the past but this time he felt that he needed to make this positive change for himself and his family. He felt ‘at home’ as soon as he stepped foot back into Bay City Gym and he loves how friendly and relaxed it is. He was talking to a friend and he advised that he started to write down his workout’s and keep a record of his weights. This has given Jayeden a plan to follow and also he can look back on his strength gains.

Since rejoining he has achieved a significant strength improvement and weight gain from 69 kg in July 2024 and reaching 84.6kg today.

Jayeden’s main goal is to get stronger and build more muscle to reach 100kg, as he has always been very slim all his life.

Now he is feeling more confident and has a workout plan to track his progression.

He enjoys the community vibe at Bay City Gym and continues to push his limits.
