We’d love to introduce you to Jennifer who has lost 3.3kg during the Bay City Gym 4 week challenge. She has significantly improved her strength doing press-ups from 17 to 27 reps, all while staying committed to her goal of becoming fitter, stronger, and healthier.
Jennifer contacted us in January and decided to join the gym and start with the challenge to help her with her strength and run training for the HB marathon.
Her dedication and progress are truly inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder of her achievements!
