Kiwa – Dead-lifting like a boss and has set a new goal for pull-ups

Please meet Kiwa, who has lost 8kgs in 4 months.

Kiwa started his training at Bay City Gym in April this year.

His main goal is to improve his fitness and shred weight before his fight tournament next month. He has a program review with our trainer to change the training plan and add more intensity.
