Leigh has found that following the nutrition and exercise targets during the 4-week challenge has not only given her a great result but has increased her energy and left her feeling great!
Furthermore, we are thrilled to hear that since joining Bay City Gym in September last year her blood pressure is now back in the normal range. Her doctor had been monitoring this closely and now that it has lowered, she has avoided medication. The only change Leigh made was strength training 3-4 times per week.
We think that this achievement is top on the list for overall health and wellbeing. Often its your inner health that improves considerably when exercise such as resistance training is started. It is also the one thing that will improve our longevity as well as our overall wellbeing.
We are so happy that Leigh has had these two significant achievements since joining the gym.
