Mana Hiko – Strength Improvement, Seated Row goes from 36kg’s to 54kg’s and increasing

Please join us in congratulating Mana Hiko who has seen significant strength gains in 2 only 6 weeks. His seated row went from 36kgs to 54kgs.

Mana has trained with Bay City Gym since February 2024 and his main goal is to be fitter, stronger and more confident with his training.

The biggest challenge for Mana has been preforming body weight exercises, but it doesn’t stop him from working on it. He’s working with his trainer Calvyn who is regularly updating his program and improving Mana’s technique.
