Meet Keith Boyd.
Keith has lost 7kg’s and is heading towards his target of 80kg after recently joining our Small Group Training programme. He joined the gym to improve his strength and endurance for his sport. He also had a goal to start in the gym and then to join group training which he achieved this month. His training has improved his strength and mobility and he is now regaining his fitness after a few health setbacks in recent years.
He trains 5-6 day’s per week and has also received a nutrition plan from Bec’s Lowe our in house nutritionist.
