A shout out to Nat for losing 2.7kg and losing 13.5cm overall. She also smashed her strength tests. Her core strength improved by going from 33 to 52 sit-ups in a 60 second period!!
Nat says she joined the challenge to help her to get motivated again. After joining, her motivation returned by keeping to the workouts and challenges set by the personal trainers.
“I have always done group fitness so it was a chance to get into the other parts of the gym and work on making a difference in my training”.
Nat said she would recommend the challenge as it massively helped her to love the gym more. She’s more active, fitter and has more energy and is now the best version of herself for her and her family.
