Ingredients:
• ½ cup Rolled Oats
• ¾ Tbsp Chia Seeds
• ¾ cup High Protein Almond Milk
• ½ cup Frozen Mixed Berries
• 1 ¾ med Passionfruit
• 4 ¾ Tbsp High Protein Greek Yoghurt (Natural)
• ¼ cup Toasted Coconut Flakes
Serves: 1
Method:
• Defrost the berries and passionfruit in the microwave for 30 seconds.
• In a container or jar, mix together the oats, chia seeds, milk, yoghurt, berries and passionfruit and stir well to combine.
• Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
• Top with coconut flakes before eating.
