Ingredients:
• 1 ¼ med Banana
• 4 null Pitted Dates
• 1 Tbsp Hulled Tahini
• ½ cup Milk Lite (Light Blue Top)
• ½ Tbsp Vanilla Essence
• 1 ½ Tbsp Cocoa Powder
• ¾ scp Chocolate Whey Protein
Serves: 1
Instructions:
• Add all ingredients to a blender along with a pinch of salt and blend until smooth. Add water to reach desired consistency.
