Ingredients:
• 1 ¾ lrg Frozen Banana
• 2 ½ Tbsp High Protein Greek Yoghurt (Natural)
• 1 scoop Plant Protein Powder (Salted Caramel)
• ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
• ¾ Tbsp Almonds
• ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
Serves: 1
Instructions:
• Add all ingredients except hemp seeds and almonds to a blender and blend on high speed.
• Freeze in a freezer proof bowl.
• Top with hemp seeds and almonds!
