I have been a member of Bay City Gym on and off since the early 1980’s. I have always been interested in health and fitness and spent many years concentrating on strength training.
As I’ve matured my focus has switched more towards increasing fitness levels and maintaining strength, and as a keen surfer regaining my mobility and flexibility has become important to me.
I really enjoy sharing my passion for fitness with members, especially those that are completely new to the gym environment, and I love seeing members achieve their goals.
