Teens Workout

All fitness levels welcome (12+ year olds) the workout focus on improving movement patterns and increasing explosiveness and endurance in a safe environment with a personal trainer supervising.

There are two supervised training sessions per week 4pm Monday and 4pm Wednesday that will teach you new training methods and good technique. 


  • $10 per session for non  gym members.
  • Free for gym members.
