Tony signed up to our Small Group Training membership and attends the classes 2-3 times a week plus works out hard in the gym!
Small Group Training has given Tony the guidance and intensity he needed to start out his fitness journey. The trainers design every single class to suit the participants that book in for the session which is what has given Tony the confidence that he is doing the right exercises for his goals.
