5 Week Strength & Conditioning 2/2/21

Feeling inspired to join a 5 week Strength and Conditioning challenge?

Chrissy’s 5 week Strength and Conditioning course will set you up with great movement and technique, mixed with fat burning circuit workouts, plus strength and toning gains.
Great for new people as well as the seasoned trainer as options are given for every fitness level. Workouts are 45 mins long.
We start on Tuesday 2nd of February and workout days are Tuesday and Thursday 5.45pm and Saturday at 8am.


  • $150 for gym members 
  • $225 for non members
