Ingredients
1 cup Oats
1 cup desiccated Coconut
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Cacao Powder
1/2 cup Pitted Dates (soaked in boiling water for 10 mins to soften)
2 tbsps Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp Tahini
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Coconut Oil (melted (or use cacao butter)
2 tbsps Water (to bring together – use the date water)
Directions
Line a 20 x 20cm slice tray with baking paper.
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until combined. You may need to add a little more water to bring it together.
Press the mixture into the prepared tray with wet hands. Place in the fridge or freezer for 4 hours or overnight. Slice into 24 bars and enjoy
