Ingredients:
- ½ cup Milk Lite (Light Blue Top), or plant based milk or water if you prefer
- 4 ¾ Tbsp High Protein Greek Yoghurt (Natural)
- ½ cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 med Banana
- 1 scp Vanilla Whey Protein
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Serves: 1
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in your blender of choice. Add water to make it to a desired consistency. Enjoy!
