Strawberry Smoothie

  • ½ cup Milk Lite (Light Blue Top), or plant based milk or water if you prefer
  • 4 ¾ Tbsp High Protein Greek Yoghurt (Natural)
  • ½ cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 med Banana
  • 1 scp Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Serves: 1


  • Blend all ingredients in your blender of choice. Add water to make it to a desired consistency. Enjoy!
