Baked Bacon Egg Bagels

• 2 x 1/2 Plain Bagel
• 2 whole Egg
• ½ cup Spinach
• ½ rasher Streaky Bacon
• ¼ cup Parmesan

Serves: 1

• Preheat oven to 180 °C, or skip this step if using an air fryer. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
• Finely chop the bacon and spinach and grate the cheese.
• Cut the bagels in half and place them smooth side up on the baking sheet. Sprinkle over the cheese.
• Crack the eggs into the middle of the bagel, then scatter over the bacon and spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
• Bake in the oven or air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
