Ingredients:
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
- ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
- ½ Tbsp Pic’s Double Crunch Almond Butter
- ½ cup Frozen Blueberries
- ¼ cup Raw Mixed Nuts
- 3 ¾ Tbsp High Protein Greek Yoghurt (Natural)
- 1 scp Vanilla Whey Protein
Serves: 1
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 185ºC. Grease a small ovenproof bowl or ramekin with a little oil.
- In a bowl, combine the oats, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla essence, protein powder cinnamon and almond milk. Fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into the ramekin and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove the oats from the oven and top with almond butter, yoghurt and chopped nuts.
