Blueberry Baked Oats

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
  • ½ Tbsp Pic’s Double Crunch Almond Butter
  • ½ cup Frozen Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Raw Mixed Nuts
  • 3 ¾ Tbsp High Protein Greek Yoghurt (Natural)
  • 1 scp Vanilla Whey Protein

Serves: 1


  • Preheat the oven to 185ºC. Grease a small ovenproof bowl or ramekin with a little oil.
  • In a bowl, combine the oats, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla essence, protein powder cinnamon and almond milk. Fold in the blueberries.
  • Pour the mixture into the ramekin and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden.
  • Remove the oats from the oven and top with almond butter, yoghurt and chopped nuts.
