Cath participated in the Move-ember challenge, attending small group training classes consistently and pushed herself to the limit. She loved the supportive atmosphere of the group training and particularly loved Olena and Rachael’s ongoing encouragement and motivation to keep coming.
Her reason for joining the 30 day Move-ember challenge was that she’d been struggling to find the motivation to train. But she quickly got into the swing of regularly scheduling her exercise and using the nourish app to help her with ideas for meals and tracking her nutrition.
