Achievement: Jennifer lost 3.3kg during the Bay City Gym 4 week challenge. She significantly improved her strength improving her press-ups from 17 to 27 reps, all while staying committed to her goal of becoming fitter, stronger, and healthier.  The four week challenge kick started her membership at Bay City Gym and gave her the confidence and knowledge to continue afterwards in the gym and classes.

Success:

Nicole won women’s runner up in the Bay City Gym ‘Feel Great in 28’ winter boost challenge in August 2024, with a total weight loss of 5.8kg.

Nicole’s main goal was to increase her energy and create a routine. She found that the challenge not only kickstarted her journey but helped her to improve her strength and endurance. She enjoyed working with her personal trainer and loved doing the Small Group Personal Training classes as they pushed her to workout at the right intensity.

Dedicated Goals: Diana joined the November 30 day challenge and we are so pleased to announce that she lost 4.6kg’s and 15.5cm’s around chest, waist and hip measurements!  A month prior Diana had never attempted a group fitness class and now she loves them!, as she said “You just got to give it a shot.
