Green Smoothie

1 large ripe banana
1 cup apple
1 cup kale or spinach
1 ½ teaspoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup, milk of choice
¼ ripe avocado
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons honey
1 cup ice cubes


Combine banana, apple, kale or spinach, ginger, celery, almond milk, avocado, chia seeds and honey in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add ice and blend until smooth.
