SMALL GROUP TRAINING STARTING
Small Group Training (SGT) is an affordable PT option that will help you reach your goals quicker. The SGT Results Membership offers an open timetable with multiple classes throughout the week delivered by qualified trainers.
The classes are a combination of cardio, strength training and core work, with a maximum of 10 people per class. Personal trainers will be right there with you providing motivation, help, education and technique tips. Under the Results Membership you can attend as many as you like!
