Immune Support Shots

This immune support shot recipe has all the goodies to make sure your immune system is armed and ready to fight off illnesses. It’s a great tonic to have when you feel like you’re coming down with something, are already sick, or to help you avoid getting sick in the first place. Have a shot (or two) each day and get plenty of rest.

• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
• Juice of 2 lemons
• Juice of 2 oranges (or 4 mandarins)
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup organic apple cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp fresh turmeric grated (or 1 tsp dried turmeric)
• 1 Tbsp fresh ginger grated
• Pinch of cayenne pepper
• Pinch of black pepper

1. Mix all ingredients together either in a blender or with a whisk.
2. Enjoy a shot straight away or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Servings = approx. 10 shots
