What sort of resposibilities will you have?

You will be the first contact members have when they contact us or come into Bay City Gym. You will facilitate personal training sessions, goal setting for members, weekly communication with PT clients, assessments, and sales. Quality customer service delivered in a positive and safety conscious way will be a high priority. You will motivate and care for members, assisting them to reach their personal health and fitness goals. Your passion for health and fitness, coupled with a solid sales and customer service background, will contribute to your personal success and that of the members.

Skills and Experience:
• Customer service driven and operations excellence
• Strong Sales
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Programming and exercise knowledge
• Dedication to health and fitness for a diverse membership base
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Current drivers’ license and own vehicle
• Must be a New Zealand Resident and eligible to work in New Zealand
