Kaye – Improved her leg strength in only 5 weeks

Kaye is focused on improving her strength, balance and coordination.

5 weeks ago she could barely do a free standing squat and now she can comfortably do sets of 10 with great form.

Kaye got her new program last month and it was designed around her goals. She is a long term member that over the years has lost over 25kg’s by coming regularly and mainly using the machines and cardio.

Her personal trainer Olena started working with her last month and made the changes to her program that she needed in order to achieve her standing free squat which has noticeably improved her balance and increased Kaye’s confidence even more.

We can’t wait to support Kaye with her next challenge!
