Member Highlight – Dave Panton

Meet Dave.

We think Dave’s a legend and want to give him a huge shout out for his goals reached at the gym. This is what he had to say:


“I started at BCG September 2020- joining Chrissy’s 6 week Bootcamp to lose a bit of winter Kg’s & to improve my fitness & wellbeing.


Two years on & 3 visits a week including a Thursday morning Small Group Training class, I got rid of the excess Kg’s and my fitness and wellbeing level has improved, recovery times have shortened, and I now feel more energetic throughout the day.


The most welcoming Gym I have been involved with. Has a very family feel about it with how Chrissy and Hamish run things, and a fantastic selection of dedicated trainers.”
