Member Highlight – Fiona Parrant

Please join me in congratulating Fiona for loosing 5.8kg and 30.5cm over her body during the Feel Great in 28 May challenge.

Despite a couple of hurdles during the month she stayed on course with her food and fitness goals. Trainer Aaron guided and helped her on the way along with a one on one training session once a week.

We are so proud of Fiona and love being a part of her fitness journey. With this great result she came in as runner up female in the #FG28 challenge earning herself a cool $50!

Our Feel Great in 28 challenge is a compliance program put together by our trainers that gives weekly goals to reach, group training sessions and nutrition guidelines.
