Please join me in congratulating Ellie Burge on her achievement of loosing 20kg since August last year resulting in better mobility, higher motivation, and better sleep.
Ellie re-joined the gym as she was experiencing very painful joints, low energy and motivation, not sleeping well and generally just felt very unwell.
She decided at the beginning of this year that she was going to focus more on herself and her own wellness. She attended Tracy’s Strength Training session on Tuesday mornings and received warm, encouraging and supportive advice that lifted her confidence with her exercise. Ellie says that Tracy is “very affirming” and couldn’t speak more highly of her.
She loves coming to the gym and works out 4-5 times per week. The gym location suits her and because she’d been a member before in the past, she felt comfortable returning. Ellie’s message is that “it’s never too late to start looking after yourself”.
