Member Highlight – Tania Tapine, lost 45kgs after rejoining BCG in 2020.
Tania is a full-time Mum of 6, grandmother of 1, full-time student and works part-time in the evenings. Despite her busy lifestyle she priorities her gym time. She says that it helps her to manage her stress and clears her mind for study, work and family. Her workouts have mainly been cardio focused and recently she added strength training. Her inspiration for weights came from the Bay City Gym workout videos and asking the staff for tips on technique and exercises. Despite battling a few injuries she has stuck to a regular regime of eating healthy and exercising regularly.
